-Cannot be used to edit .ESP/M files (use GECK or FO3Edit)
-Cannot yet read compression archives (such as .7z, .zip, .rar, etc.)
-Cannot read or modify Bethesda archives (.bsa)
-Unaware of plugin entry collisions (I recommend FO3Edit to create merged patches)
-Oblivious to missing/incompatible meshes & texture
-Unaware of external modifications to data
-Simple but specific mod format required (Pete can auto-format most mods)
-Requires copies of all mods be kept in a "mods Folder"
-Optimum safety requires vanilla data be copied to a mod folder
