Step (1) - Programs/Mods Required
NOTE: Most of the mods are still WIPs, I will re-link them once they're completed. In the mean time, please go on over and support the developers

Step (2) - Editing Coalesced.bin with ME3 Coalesced Utility

Download latest ME3 Coalesced Utility (Latest v1.2 on 25/03/2012)
Inside, you will find ME3Coalesced.exe, ME3Coalesced.exe.config and Readme.txt - extract them into any directory
Go to folder ...\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole\
Make a back up for your ORIGINAL Coalesced.bin (I renamed mine to Coalesced-original.bin)
Run ME3Coalesced.exe, Go to File > Open, Select the same Coalesced.bin from ...\Mass Effect 3\BIOGame\CookedPCConsole\
In ME3Coalesced.exe, Go to BioGame.ini\sfxgame\sfxplayercustomization\casualappearances = (multiple)

On the right side:
STEP (1) - Enable Underwear for Casual Outfit (Preview Outfit)
Note: I only changed PlotFlag=21752 to PlotFlag=-1

Replace:
(Mesh=(Male="biog_hmm_arm_nkd_r.NKDa.HMM_ARM_NKDa_MDL",Female="BIOG_HMF_ARM_NKD_R.NKDc.HMF_ARM_NKDc_MDL"),Id=7,PlotFlag=21752,Type=CustomizableType_Torso)

STEP (2) - Enable Dancer outfit for Casual Outfit (Preview Outfit - No Mod,

Preview Outfit - Gucci Chanel Mod)
Note: Make sure your "Id=" has numbers in order (e.g. "Id=1", "Id=2", "Id=3" ... "Id=10").

Click on the last line and add:

Click on the last line and add:

Step (3) - Installing ME3 Nude mods

Download ME3 First Nude Mod by Apogee777
Extract "Adaptatioin form me3.eve_.tpf" into ...\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32
DO NOT USE THE COALESCED.BIN IN THE FILE. IT WILL UNDO STEP (2) ABOVE. So either delete it or leave it alone
Download Dancer Gucci Chanel by Apogee777
Extract "A7DancerGucciChanelME3beta.tpf" into ...\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32
Download Bikini Test Resource Files by Apogee777 (Still WIP - Please go over and support)
Extract "A7SexyLingerie.tpf" into ...\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32
You do not need the other files. They're just resource files for the modders to work on. So either delete it or leave it alone. But if you're good at texturing, please be sure to help them out!

Step (4) - TexMod

1. Copy Texmod.exe into the folder where your MassEffect3.exe is located (...\Mass Effect 3\Binaries\Win32)

2. Rename Texmod.exe to MassEffect3.exe and the MassEffect3.exe into MassEffect3_original.exe

3. Start Origin and run Mass Effect 3 via Origin

4. Now it should load Texmod

5. Go back to the folder and rename MassEffect3.exe to Texmod.exe

6. Rename MassEffect3_original.exe to MassEffect3.exe

7. Now go back to Texmod program and browse the MassEffect3.exe

8. Click on the Folder Icon > Browse, Select "Adaptatioin form me3.eve_.tpf", "A7SexyLingerie.tpf" and "A7DancerGucciChanelME3beta.tpf" - Plus all other ME3 mods that you are using.

9. Click Run

TUTORIAL: CHANGING FEMSHEP FACE AND HAIR

Step (1) - Program(s) Required

Gibbed's ME3 Save Editor

Note: If you can't edit any collections in the Raw tab in SaveEdit, you probably don't
have the full .NET Framework 4 installed, but have the Client Profile installed.

To fix this, install the full .NET Framework 4.

Step (2a) - Changing Hair with Gibbed's ME3 Save Editor

Download latest Gibbed's ME3 Save Editor (Latest r63_b78 on 25/03/2012)
Inside, you will find saveedit folder, license.txt, readme.txt and revisions.txt - Extract them into any directory
Go to folder C:\Users\<Username>\My Documents\BioWare\Mass Effect 3\Save\<The Profile You Want To Edit>\
Make Necessary backup for files that you want to edit (e.g. Save_0037.pcsav, AutoSave.pcsav, QuickSave.pcsav, etc)
This is VERY important, SAVEGAME CORRUPTION may occur during editing
Run Gibbed.MassEffect3.SaveEdit.exe, Go to Open, Select Career, Select Savegame, Click Load.
Now that your game/character details has been loaded into the Save Editor, click on the RAW tab at the top left.
Changing Hair Styles (HairMesh)
- Go to "3. Squad" > "Player" > "Appearance" > "Morph Head"
  IMPORTANT: Ensure "Has Morph Head" = True
- Next to "Hair Mesh", there's a code starting with 'BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO...MDL'
  
  This is the code you need to change for the different hair meshs.
  Hair Codes found in Step (2b)
Changing Diffuse/Texture Map (HAIR_Diff)
- Go to "3. Squad" > "Player" > "Appearance" > "Morph Head" > "TextureParameters"
- Click on [...] found to the right of (Collection) and TextureParameter Collection Editor window will pop-up
- On the left, under Members, Select "HAIR_Diff"
- On the right, Next to Value, there's a code starting with 'BIOG_HMF_HIR_PRO...Diff'
  
  This is the code you need to change for the different hair Diffuse/Texture Map.
  Diffuse/Texture Codes found in Step (2b)
Click Save, choose to either make a (New Save) file or overwrite an old save file.

Step (3) - Import/Export Faces with Gibbed's ME3 Save Editor

Exporting HeadMorph
- Run Gibbed.MassEffect3.SaveEdit.exe, Go to Open, Select Career, Select Savegame file with the face you want to import, Click Load.
- Now that your character details has been loaded into the Save Editor, click on the PLAYER tab followed by APPEARENCE tab located at the top left.
- Now click Head Morph > Export To File..., then click Save
  Note: Your HeadMorph file will have a .me3headmorph extension.
Importing HeadMorph
- Run Gibbed.MassEffect3.SaveEdit.exe, Go to Open, Select Career, Select Savegame file you want to import the face to, Click Load.
- Click on the PLAYER tab followed by APPEARENCE tab located at the top left.
- Now click Head Morph > Export From File..., then click Open
  Note: Your can only use HeadMorphs files with .me3headmorph extension. Meaning you cannot use ME2 faces

Quick method to Import faces Mid-Game without an me3headmorph file
If you decide to change your FemShep's face halfway during a playthrough, here's an easy way to do it:
- Create a New Game, name it "Headmorph Shepard"
- Paste the Creation Code of the face you desire into the box
- Start Game
- Let the intro movie pass, once you're at the part where you can see Anderson, quit the game. (Alt+F4 works)
- Run Gibbed's Mass Effect 3 Save Editor. Click on Open and select "Headmorph Shepard", Load
- Export "Headmorph Shepard" using the steps above
- Import to your desired Shepard using the steps above.

because its strange the original only has so few options

Hey llNomadll I know this is a few months after the last post but I'm new here at nudefix and just read it. So maybe someone will see it or maybe not but thanks for the tutorial, list of mods and the resources. Awesome job.

ME3 is my next to buy game so this will come in handy. I just got ME2 last week when it was on sale and have taken one of the ME3 resources and integrated it with Tali's outfit for a little more "eye candy". Hopefully it'll only be a couple weeks until I can get ME3.

So again thanks for the awesome tutorial!
