I think DAI as a whole is not very moddable, unlike Skyrim or Fallout though... I tried but turns out the DLC isn't compatible with some mods and they end up crashing my game.

I think one of my favourite would be the Beast Master mod which requires the Automatron DLC.

It's been awhile since I've played Dragon Age Origin but I do have all the mods with me still...
