First start by editing 'Fallout4.ini' located User/Documents/My games/Fallout 4
Open the file with notepad and change : 'sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\' to:
'sResourceDataDirsFinal=STRINGS\, TEXTURES\'
Now download this file (I've stored it in the correct folders so you do not need to create them). Place the folder 'textures' into the 'Data' folder for your Fallout 4 directory. My 'Data' folder is located: Local Disk D/Steam/SteamApps/common/Fallout 4/Data
(your game may be located somewhere else depending on where you installed it).
